I’ve never experienced ANYTHING like this before. I called for him to come to our home and give an estimate for a retaining wall. He came by (on April 18th, 2022) measured the area; and said he will “email me the price.” To this day, I still haven’t gotten an estimate. Me being…I’m leaning to my own understanding as to why; Nature Tamer has not given me an estimated price to build me a retaining wall. If they can’t give an estimate in a timely manner; I can’t trust Nature Tamer worker/owner to be reliable to do the work. This is not professional at all.

I had an estimate and an appt with this business today, for which I waited more than a month. This morning when we had a minor miscommunication over the phone, the owner, Melissa, decided to blow up our interaction into a major issue so that she could have an excuse to kick me to the curb.
Turns out she thought her estimate was too low.

That's one way to get out of a business commitment.

Now it's  mid October and all other landscape companies are booked up until winter.  Thanks, Nature Tamer, for leaving me in the lurch. You've shown your true colors.

Nature Tamer provided excellent customer service and communication and delivered on what they promised at a fair and reasonable cost and in a timely manner. Really appreciated the great service from the initial consult to the last bit of advice and tips after they finished the job. They left my property looking better and cleaned up when finished. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Taylor and the Nature Tamer! We had a poorly designed backyard that flooded each time it rained and remained underwater for days afterward. Taylor's price was beyond reasonable, the work was done quickly, safely, and effectively, and my yard has been a dream ever since. I'm so sorry that it's taken months to write this review! We have now used Taylor and his team at Nature Tamer 3x's now, and we couldn't be happier!! 1st was a tree removal where we had a classic "widow maker" - which they were able to remove safely w/out hitting my fence! they did awesome! - we then had his team out to re-sod our front yard (10 pallets of Sod!!!) and again, his team did NOT disappoint - the grass has taken hold and is looking VERY good! - The past 2 days - we've had them redoing our backyard, leveling, re-sodding and putting in a stone walkway and again, his team did NOT disappoint! - they did a terrific job! - Thank you Taylor to you and your team! - I can't recommend these guys enough!
